2.) EACH ADULT wishing to partner with Redemption, please complete this form (meaning, if you're married and/or in a family, each individual adult partner needs to fill out their own form).

By completing this form, you are affirming the following: As a follower of Jesus Christ who has been baptized by immersion — or setting up a date and time to be baptized by immersion — I am fully committing to be a covenant partner with Redemption Christian Church. I also agree that I already have or will soon complete the Starting Point class at a Redemption campus.
